CueFi Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
CueFi is developed and published by ФОП Пустовойт Микита Сергійович (EDRPOU 3902409814, Mykyta Serhiiovych Pustovoit, Sole Proprietor) ("we", "us", "our"). Registered as an individual entrepreneur in Ukraine under applicable Ukrainian business regulations.

2. Scope of this policy
This notice explains what personal data (if any) CueFi handles, how it is protected, and the limited situations in which data may leave your device. It applies only to the CueFi iOS application and its direct support channels. It does not cover Apple services (e.g. App Store, iCloud) or any other third‑party services that have their own privacy terms.
3. Our data philosophy
CueFi is designed so that Wi‑Fi credentials and QR codes never leave your device. We do not operate servers, we do not track you, and we do not embed advertising or analytics SDKs. Your information stays local, encrypted by the iOS Keychain.
4. Personal data we do not collect
- Identifiers (name, e‑mail, IP address): Not collected - No account, sign‑in, or telemetry.
- Wi‑Fi SSIDs & passwords: Stored only on‑device - Encrypted in your device's Keychain; never transmitted to us.
- Usage analytics / diagnostics: Not collected - No third party analytics services are enabled.
- Location data: Not collected - CueFi never requests location permissions.
- Payment information: Not collected - Apple handles all payment processing.
5. When data may leave your device
- App Store downloads & updates: Apple servers (Apple acts as an independent controller - see Apple Privacy Policy)
- User‑initiated support e‑mails: Our support inbox (your consent when you send e‑mail)
CueFi makes no other outbound network requests.
6. Security measures
- iOS Keychain encryption (AES‑256) protects all saved Wi‑Fi passwords.
- The app is sandboxed under iOS and cannot share files with other apps.
- We release updates promptly when Apple publishes relevant security advisories.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU/EEA, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA in California) you may have rights such as:
- Right of access: confirm whether we process any of your personal data (we typically do not).
- Right to deletion: erase all app data via Settings → Reset CueFi Data or by uninstalling the app.
- Right to object / restrict: not applicable because we do not process data beyond the device.
- Right to lodge a complaint: with your local data‑protection authority.
To exercise any right or ask questions, e‑mail us at the address above. We will respond within one calendar month where required by law.
8. Children's privacy
CueFi is not directed at children under 13. We intentionally collect no data from children. Parents who believe a child has corresponded with us can request deletion via e‑mail.
9. International considerations
All data processing (or, more precisely, lack of processing) happens on your physical iOS device, wherever that device is located. Should you contact us, your e‑mail will be stored on mail servers physically located in the European Union.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We keep this notice under regular review. When we update it, we will change the "Effective date" above and make the revised version available in the same locations (our App Store listing and in‑app Settings screen).
